Stately Vows respects your privacy choices. This page explains your options.

We do not sell or share personal information

Stately Vows does not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The disclosures we make are limited to what is necessary to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limit the use of my sensitive personal information

California residents may request that we limit the use of their sensitive personal information (which includes facial photographs) to what is necessary to deliver the requested service. We already process sensitive personal information only for the specific portrait generation you request — see our Biometric Data Policy. To submit a formal limit-use request, email nilehagen@gmail.com with the subject line "Limit Sensitive PI Use."

Access, deletion, correction, portability

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information. Sign in to your account to use built-in controls, or email nilehagen@gmail.com. We respond within 45 days.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. When your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of any non-essential processing.

Marketing email unsubscribe

Marketing emails (when enabled) include an unsubscribe link in every message. You can also turn off marketing emails in your account settings or by emailing nilehagen@gmail.com. Transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, security alerts) cannot be unsubscribed without closing your account.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

Authorized agent

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We require written authorization signed by you, plus verification of the agent's and your identities.
